Weddings, Special Events, and Large orders

are subject to additional fees to compensate for

work load and materials used

All special occasion orders should be

booked accordingly, preferrably

2-3 months in advance.

For all Weddings or events higher

than $300, a 1/2 down retainer is due at signing of contract

$100 of the entire amount is

non-refundable in case of cancellation

All others will be asked to issue a $50 non-refundable

retainer fee to hold your date.

Fresh Flower Guarauntee

If your order is not up to your liking or your arrangement appears

to not meet our fresh standard within 24 hours of purchase or delivery we will work with you to ensure that your vision is met by replacing the non fresh product and/or material used. We will refund your order if we are unable to.

However bulk order purchases, like weddings and events,

hold individual guarantees which are given in contracts

Please be mindful when trying to redeem replacements and/or refunds

we are human and mistakes can happen please bear with us we will try our

best to ensure your satisfaction

For large orders and events

refunds are only issued in case of an emergency or if order is returned in it's entirety. However, all retainers are non-refundable.
